There was a time when I needed everything to BE okay in order to FEEL okay… but the work I’ve done these last few years [that all started by looking at my relationship with alcohol] has given me a different kind of strength.

Now, even in grief, even in uncertainty, I feel grounded. capable. resilient. …and I’m so thankful.
