Don’t take it from me!

See what my clients are saying:

  • Working with Jamie shifted my mindset from "this is impossible" to "I can see a path forward."

    – Anne

  • “I was in a cycle of using alcohol to numb from pain and anxiety, and to feel better about myself. Now I use other tools to ground and resettle myself. Alcohol wasn’t really giving me the benefits I thought it was and I’m really looking forward to what feels possible in my life without it.”

    – Melissa

  • "What I love most about Jamie is that she really listens to what you're saying. Even when I'm babbling, she finds nuggets of insight that I wouldn't have been able to see myself. And the reality is: those are the exact thoughts that hold us back! "

    – Ashley

  • “I used to believe there was no other way to get relief for my anxiety or stress, but now I can see that there is a way to make choices that better serve me and my long-term goals without a constant feeling of denying myself or white knuckling it.”

    – Dana

    – Jessica

  • “I am so proud of going 30 days without alcohol and witnessing my body transform and heal! To stop my mental spinning and have minimal anxiety attacks felt incredible. I slept better and enjoyed having a clear mind. ...a life-changing experience."

    – M.J.

    – Amanda

  • “I was really hesitant to spend the money on coaching, but let me tell you—it was worth every penny. The ways in which I’ve grown over the last few months has been incredible. I didn’t even really know the ways in which I was holding myself back. I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. 100% money well spent.”

    – June

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • No. This methodology is radically different to that of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Though AA offers many benefits in their programs, the approach here is rooted in self-compassion, self-defined goals, and self-empowerment.

There are no chips, no ‘relapses,’ no ‘starting over at day 1’, and most importantly: no labels.

Instead of placing blame on the drinker, we point a finger at the substance which science has proven is built to create a dependency in all humans. (…animals, too.)

We evaluate societal norms and question billion-dollar marketing budgets... we do not blame the drinker.

You don’t have to be an Alcoholic.
You don’t have to hit Rock Bottom.

    This is a new way.

  • Nope. Coaching is a wonderful complement to Therapy but should not act as a replacement.

Just like a sports coach can provide guidance on your form, approach, and action ‘on the field,’ if you will, they would not provide medical attention for injury, trauma, medication, or diagnosis—life coaching has a similar distinction.

This approach is future-focused, with tools, tactics and guidance to help you achieve your goals. We will acknowledge any past experiences that have been important and impactful and we will use them to inform a personalized method for your forward-facing motion.

  • No way! This is a deeply personal choice, but my belief is that focusing on the concept of doing anything “forever” is incredibly daunting… and, if you think abut it, how will you ever know that you succeeded!?

I chose to call this program a Revolutionary Reset specifically because the reset is the key.

In my own journey, my original goal was moderation: I just wanted to cut back. I was aiming for two weeks. …but then it felt so good that I kept going, and I haven’t wanted a drink since.

This approach is not rooted in behavior-based goals, and there are no strict rules or punishments. This methodology follows positive emotion-based goals:

How do you want to feel in your relationship with alcohol? In control? Balanced? Or simply at peace?

These are the goals we focus on.

  • That’s ok! I felt the same way at the start of my own journey, and in fact, my most popular program begins with self-care and self-compassion as the primary focus. You’ll gain knowledge and build new skills and momentum before you are even asked to consider a break from alcohol.

It’s daunting to strip away your coping mechanism when you’re still smack dab in the middle of a life you’re trying to cope with! I really get this. My programs are custom tailored to meet you exactly where you are… to get you where you want to be.

There is no forcing. No pressure. No willpower.

This is about reconnecting with your inner knowing and intuition—your inherent strength—and allowing positive goals & emotions to pull you forward towards evolution & change.

    You can do this.
