I remember feeling like my life was so dull... like all the shine had gone.

Not only in physical structure and coordination, but in digestion, mindset, and *mood* 🧠

For me, understanding that alcohol is a neurotoxin that can damage, destroy, and impair nervous system function raised some big questions:

 

➡️ Was that wine with dinner really serving me?

➡️ Was it helping me handle my busy life? Or to enjoy my weekend?

➡️ Was it giving me any benefit at all? 🧐
