How to CHANGE your drinking before you’re READY to change your drinking.

Q: “I’ve heard you say to “start before you’re ready” but… what do you mean by that? HOW do I actually do that? …especially if you’re telling us NOT to stop drinking right away?”

Great question!
That tip can sound counter-intuitive and, in fact: it is.

It runs counter to the usual “willpower-based models” out there that tell you: if you want to change something—to simply grit your teeth and CHANGE IT.

…but, that’s not how our brain works.
