What if I told you there was an “easy” way to reduce your drinking?

I know, it sounds hard to believe. Like a gimmick or click-bait or something.

But here’s the thing:

👉 It’s not a trick.

👉 It’s a skill.

A set of skills, rather, that you can learn and practice.

Like learning a new sport or how to play the piano. You start with some basics, and then—with time and repetition—muscle memory takes over.

The same is true for our habits. …same is true for our minds. 🧠

It’s possible to drink less without gritting your teeth through willpower.

It’s possible to regain control without spending the rest of your life feeling like “you’re missing out.”

In my latest newsletter, I detail a recent experience walking into a new liquor store that went in nextdoor to my dentist (which, I mean… really?) and how I didn’t feel triggered or tempted in the slightest.

I didn’t feel pulled towards the whiskey. [my old favorite] 🥃

I didn’t feel tempted by the wine. 🍷

I just felt… free.

In my life right now now, I drink as much as I want whenever I want. …I just haven’t wanted to drink alcohol in a long time. (Coming up on 3 years.)
