🧠 This mindset stuff is real.
🧠 It’s powerful.
🤓 And it works.
But you might be thinking ”what is a mindset coach?”
Well, just like a sports coach, personal trainer, or the other mentors and guides we find in this one, precious life… we all need some support along the way.
There’s no guidebook for being a human… so why not help each other feel better? Do better? Learn something new and then lead the way??
Like a sports coach—who is someone trained in, or experienced with, a certain activity—someone who can observe you from an outside perspective and offer tips and tools to do something better, more efficiently, or with better form…
Someone—without the intention of doing anything “for you “—can help you see from a new angle so that you may develop and more fully achieve your own potential.
There’s a saying that stuck with me in my own journey:
That “You can’t read the label from inside the jar.”
There is a limitation within our own view of ourselves… because we are so close… in fact, *inside of* our own perspectives… we sometimes simply cannot see the whole picture.
A business coach comes in to observe your company’s structure and systems… and offers suggestions for improvement, for improvement or success… and a mindset coach does the same.
In working with my own coach, using the methodology that I now teach with my own variation—I was able to re-program my mindset… to shift my *beliefs* around alcohol in a way that empowered me to dramatically, and easily, cut back on my drinking (and quit altogether) without willpower, or forcing, in a very short period of time.
I don’t come from the realm of AA or 12 steps.
I do not require that you take on any labels of disease…
There’s no relapse or Day 1 starting over.
There is only compassion, knowledge, and curiosity.
And yes, I’ll be talking about alcohol a lot—and highlighting how a break from drinking can offer a number of incredible benefits (beyond just health) —but I am not focused on, or attached to your *behavior* in all this.
I don’t qualify success or failure based on your drinking (or not drinking).
I’m only interested in helping you to access the pathways within yourself to feel better.
I want to empower you with the knowledge and tools to define and achieve your own personal goals, whatever they may be…. in a way that is not preaching or scolding or forcing… but is rather simply helping you realize your own power and potential.
