There hasn’t been 1 day in the last 1025 that I’ve regretted NOT drinking!

This is bananas, y’all. 🍌

It feels like just yesterday I was learning to “surf urges” and make it through cravings…

But it also feels like a lifetime ago.
Because, in a way—it was.

Standing here today, I feel like a completely different version of myself—still me, but lighter, brighter, more alive.

I’ve been on this journey for a while, but the big shift came early:

👉 I stopped drinking sooner than I ever expected! (...my plan was to take a few weeks off.)

That’s what I want to share with you today:

It doesn’t have to take forever.
It doesn’t even have to be forever.

I was a daily drinker for almost a decade—and I truly couldn’t imagine life without alcohol...

Until I learned the science behind habit change (the same tools I now teach): 🔬

👉 After 1 month, my drinking was noticeably down.
👉 After 2 months, I’d cut it in half.
👉 By month 3, I’d hit a turning point.

...and I haven’t looked back.
