Holiday Mocktails
🌿 Adaptogens are herbs, roots, and other natural substances like mushrooms that help our bodies manage stress and restore balance.
🍹 Mocktails are specially crafted mixed drinks made to be flavorful and festive using only non-alcoholic or “zero proof” ingredients.
While some find mocktails too reminiscent of drinking alcoholic beverages (and somewhat triggering), others have found them to be a helpful tool in drinking less or quitting altogether.

Personally, I love sipping on mocktails while I’m cooking in the kitchen or socializing at parties...

THREE SPIRIT SOCIAL TONIC
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Three Spirit Social Elixir (threespiritdrinks.com)
1 oz basil simple syrup*
2 oz fresh lime juice (or to taste)
2 oz tonic water
.5 cup ice
Slice of lime for garnish
*Make your own basil simple syrup by simmering equal parts sugar + water with a handful of fresh basil leaves. Strain and cool before using.
Add social elixir, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker—shake vigorously to chill and mix.
Pour over fresh ice (in a fancy glass) and top with tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
