Habit Change 101
Change Your Life – One Tiny Step at a Time
Source: Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell
Most of us face this gap between who we are and who we want to be.
We’ve got a whole list of little things we think we should do, and big goals we want to achieve—working out, eating healthy, learning a language, finishing that book, or just doing anything productive instead of scrolling endlessly through Reddit.
It feels like reaching those goals means turning into a whole new super-disciplined version of yourself. You've probably given it some good effort, and hey, maybe it even worked for a bit! …until you slip back into your old habits, right?
It's frustrating. And every failed attempt just adds to the annoyance (or shame).

But let's be real, change is tough. Like, really tough.
And understanding why can make the whole process a bit easier.
