Why does it feel like I’m one person in the morning, but a DIFFERENT PERSON by happy hour?

The answer has *nothing* to do with self-control! 🙌

This is a real question from one of my clients:

“When it comes to drinking:
Why does it feel like I’m one person in the morning, 💁‍♀️
👩‍🎤 but a DIFFERENT PERSON in the evening?”

ANSWER:
Because of your SUBCONSCIOUS! 🧠

This is a common sentiment among my clients, and something I experienced *myself*...

When I learned that our brains shift repetitive behavior into sub-conscious control, it all clicked!

There were *legitimately* two different parts of my mind... two different opinions *arguing* with each other!
🧠🥊

Using the power of mindset & neuroplasticity to REWIRE those sub-conscious beliefs, I was able to UNITE those two parts of my mind...

I was able to end that internal argument.

➡️ AND YOU CAN, TOO!
➡️ HOW, YOU ASK!?

The first step is building awareness:

Instead of setting goals around your drinking based on quantity, try one based on *QUALITY* 🏅

Ask yourself how you’d like to *FEEL* about your drinking… !?

Would you like to feel less obsessed with it? Maybe you’d like to feel more FREE and at EASE!?

…like you can take it or leave it?
…or, like it’s a non-issue?

Once you start to move away from behavior-based goals, you’re setting yourself up for success! Because you’re moving towards something that you actually WANT.
