This is a small group coaching experience that will guide you, step-by-step, through a 6-week curriculum to shift your mindset around alcohol.

Daily video lessons, simple reflection exercises, live weekly coaching calls via Zoom, and the support of a small group of like-minded individuals all working to make alcohol smaller in their lives…

An approach dramatically different than standard recovery treatment, you’ll harness the power of “MINDFUL DRINKING” before moving into a supported 30-day break.

This means that you’ll learn HOW TO DRINK LESS before you’re invited to actually drink less.

IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT!

Drinking alcohol isn’t like other habits or hobbies… the chemical-chain-reaction from booze actually hacks into your body’s natural survival system!

It messes with your hard-wiring and tricks your brain into thinking you “need it.”

Couple that with the barrage of messages we get from marketing, advertising, and media and BAM – it’s the perfect storm.  

Over the course of your life, you “learn” that alcohol is the key to happiness, connection… relief from stress. And you probably watch family, friends, and tv characters sipping the stuff daily.

But it’s not true! Sadly, alcohol doesn’t deliver on the promises it makes. It’s a band-aid fix for a broken leg. …giving you a false sense of relief while it’s slowly making matters worse, underneath.

MODULE 1 - REST & REVIEW

Stop trying to stop drinking.

Push pause for a moment. Set aside everything you know—everything you’ve already tried—and just breathe. Loosen your grip on trying to control your behavior and focus your energy on learning something new.

Experiment! Discover the unknown.

Learn HOW to cut back on your drinking without using willpower. Without feeling deprived. Whether you’re ready for a break or still building momentum—you’ll prepare your path forward.

Combine these elements into a coherent whole.

Take a deep dive into the science of alcohol, tolerance, and the subconscious. Start building a healthy toolkit for managing cravings and practicing new habits.

Here’s where it gets good. You’ll start to redefine your thoughts and beliefs about alcohol—clearing roadblocks and doubling down on compassion and self-care.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

THE PROGRAM

  • Intro videos lay a foundation for learning and help you navigate course content on both desktop and mobile.

  • Jam-packed with the latest in neuroscience & habit change, these micro-lessons will give you everything you need and skip all the rest.

    40+ video lessons, divided into easy-to-digest modules.

    Each video is under 10 minutes long to accommodate even the busiest schedules.

    Watch one lesson a day if that works, or set aside 3 days a week to watch a few at a time.

    This course is built to be flexible.

  • Meeting virtually via Zoom, we’ll come together each week to answer questions, work through hurdles or blocks, and dive deeper into relevant topics and issues.

    These hour-long calls will provide personal, tailored guidance to you and your cohort in a comfortable, relaxed, and compassionate space.

    There is no judgment, no blame… only authentic connection, learning, and growth.

  • Because I limit these groups to 5 or 6 individuals max, this allows each participant to share and receive support as much (or as little) as they need.

    While camera is encouraged, it is not required – however you’re most comfortable.

    While sharing is encouraged, it is not required – there can be powerful growth from simply listening.

    While live participation is encouraged, it is not required – call recordings will be made available via private and secured server upon request and for a limited time.

    (Call recordings are deleted after a few weeks to ensure privacy for all.)

  • Even if you’re not a huge fan of “journaling,” these thought-provoking prompts will help you gain powerful clarity, track progress, and anchor & amplify learning.

    Spend as little as 5 minutes on each or, if inspiration hits, let it flow!

    Like everything else in this course, you’re welcome to find what works best for you.

  • Optional learning for those with time and a desire to dive deeper, I’ve included some of my favorite lectures, podcasts, and a robust reading list.

    Hear it straight from the experts in neuroscience, mindfulness, habit change, and beyond!

  • This is a great tool for navigating events, parties, and weddings while remaining alcohol-free.

    There’s no need to be a hermit while doing this work and these simple tips will help you socialize with ease.

  • Everyone learns at their own pace and in their own way, so if you’d ever like a private session with me 1:1 or added accountability between calls via text/voice memo – I’ve got you covered.

  • Nope! This methodology is radically different. Though AA can offer benefits to many, the approach here is rooted in self-compassion, self-investigation, and self-defined goals.

    -We don’t have chips or “relapses.”
    -No commitment to “quit forever.”
    -And most importantly: no labels.

    Instead of placing blame on the drinker, we point a finger directly at the substance of alcohol, which is addictive to all human beings.

    -You don’t have to be an “alcoholic.”
    -You don’t have to hit “rock bottom.”

    You simply need a spark of curiosity and the desire to change.
    You’re in the right place.

  • No way! This is a deeply personal choice, but my belief is that focusing on the concept of doing anything “forever” is incredibly daunting… and, if you think abut it, how will you ever know that you succeeded!?

    I chose to call this program a Revolutionary Reset specifically because the reset is the key.

    In my own journey, my original goal was moderation: I just wanted to cut back. I was aiming for two weeks. …but then it felt so good that I kept going, and I haven’t wanted a drink since.

    This approach is not rooted in behavior-based goals, and there are no strict rules or punishments. This methodology follows positive emotion-based goals:

    How do you want to feel in your relationship with alcohol?
    -In control? Balanced? Or simply at peace?

  • That’s ok! I felt the same way at the start of my own journey.

    This program begins with a focus on self-care, science, and self-compassion—no need to jump into a break right away. You’ll gain knowledge and build new skills before you’re invited to consider a break from alcohol.

    It’s daunting to strip away your coping mechanism when you’re still smack dab in the middle of a life you’re trying to cope with! I really get this.

    There is no forcing.
    No pressure.
    No willpower.

    This is about reconnecting with your inner knowing and intuition—your inherent strength—and allowing positive goals & emotions to pull you forward toward evolution & change.

    We start by simply learning some new information…

    You can expect an almost immediate mindset shift in the way that you think about drinking.
    …many of our cultural attitudes and assumptions about what “addiction” means just simply aren’t true. I’ll teach you the FACTS about booze that can often obliterate self-judgment and shame upon contact.

    EASE:
    You can expect a natural and “easy” approach to habit change.
    …the standard rules of “rehab” and even ”diet culture” are outdated, and the science of habit change has proven time and time again that “behavior-first” models don’t work for long.

    This method works WITH your biology & neurology and teaches you how to use cravings to work FOR YOU instead of against.

    You can expect a warm and comfortable learning atmosphere.
    …I’m not preaching to you from a pulpit, I’m sharing my “been-there-done-that” knowledge from the frontlines of reclaiming my own freedom from alcohol dependency.

  • That’s up to you!

    Daily video lessons are bite-sized: 5-10 minutes each‍.

    Writing prompts are simple & efficient: 3-5 minutes to complete.

    Group coaching calls are 1 hour a week: Zoom recordings will be provided.

    This program is built to fit into your busy schedule with a framework in place for structure, accountability, inspiration… and also flexibility. You can watch lessons in the morning, on a break during the day, or to set the tone for your evening after work. If you miss a day or two, you can catch up over a weekend.


    This content is meant to work for you and not the other way around.  

    There is no pressure or “falling behind”… everyone learns at their own pace.

  • Got you covered! It’s common for these small groups to become bonded and request to continue learning together.

    If enough people are interested, I’m happy to offer options to continue with calls, connection, and course curriculum well beyond the original 6 weeks.

    FUN EXAMPLE: One of these special cohorts stuck together until every member had reached their goals with alcohol… and then we progressed onto broader topics like work-life balance, people-pleasing, relationships, cutting back on sugar, and discovering life’s purpose!
